Printer Offline
Solution:
Step 1:
Ensure the printer is powered on and properly connected to the network or computer.
Step 2:
Check if the VPN is disconnected, as it may interfere with printer connectivity.
Step 3:
Verify that the printer is set as the default device in the system settings.
Step 4:
Turn the printer off, wait for a few seconds, and turn it back on.
Step 5:
Check the printer queue for any stuck print jobs and clear it.
Step 6:
Check for any paper jams or low ink/toner levels.

Printer offline issues often occur due to network problems, incorrect settings, or physical obstructions like jams.
