Solution:
Step 1:
Check your device's Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. Ensure that the correct network is selected.
Step 2:
Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network and verify connectivity by performing a Google search or testing Skype for online status.
Step 3:
Turn off any VPN connections.
Step 4:
Restart your system to refresh the network configuration
